John Blackall
Director of Service
Commercial HVAC Professional, John, holds a Class A TACLA license with over 36 years of industrial and commercial experience in HVAC and Control design, with a specialization in mechanical preventative maintenance, design build, and energy retrofit applications.
Chris Wilson
HVAC/R Service Manager
Native Texan, Chris, has 15 years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience. He is factory certified in all major brands of VRF equipment (Daikin, LG, Samsung, Misubishi, Fujitsu). Christopher is also certified in Aaon start-ups and service.
Christopher began his career at a small mom-and-pop service company. He then went on to manufacturing HVAC equipment, then working with a company providing service on restaurant equipment and no working on massive commercial HVAC equipment. Chistopher enjoys working with customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. His role at Mechanical Partners is to ensure that customer get the support they need and the quality the expect.
Jeff Urbanek
Plumbing Service Manager
Jeff spent the first 10 years of his plumbing career in new construction. Learning and gaining knowledge in many complex plumbing designs. In his 1st 10 years jeff developed a high level of trouble shooting and problem-solving skills. With these skills his career changed into Service plumbing. his vast knowledge in design and troubleshooting of the most complex of plumbing systems from wastewater to hydronics in both commercial and industrial applications makes him one of the best in his profession. Jeff professional knowledge and customer service exceed your expectations.
Stephanie Regalado
Service Office Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Stephanie maintains structure by streamlining the daily processes and tasks within the service department.
Lynne Kempf
AR/AP Coordinator
Lynne joined the Mechanical Construction industry in 1979, where she gained extensive expertise in customer service and trade knowledge. These valuable skills have made her an invaluable asset in her everyday roles. At MPI, Lynne takes charge of various administrative needs for our Service Department, including Accounts Payable, Billing, and Compliance Issues.
Eddie Cromeens
Service Warehouse Manager
As Service Warehouse Manager, Eddie performs a wide variety of tasks to support the Service Department such as ensuring all machinery and vehicles are in working order as well as pulling/delivering parts to MPI’s Service Technicians. Eddie has worked in a multitude of different industries throughout his career such as Industrial Woodworking and Limestone Manufacturing since 1995. All of these experiences have given Eddie a large skillset that he is able to apply to his duties at Mechanical Partners, Inc.
