James R. Henderson
President
With over twenty-five years of Mechanical Contracting experience, James oversees daily operations and works towards procuring new projects. James holds a Construction Management Degree from Texas A&M, a Class A Air Conditioning License, and a Master Plumbing License with Med Gas Endorsement.
Jason Key
Vice President Finance
With over twelve years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry, Jason oversees the accounting of the Construction and Service Operation, Project Management of Tenant Finish projects, as well as marketing. Jason holds a degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
Brent Rambo
Vice President Operations
With over twenty-five years of mechanical contracting and utility construction, Brent holds a Journeyman Plumbing License with a Med Gas Endorsement. Brent’s daily tasks include acquiring new personnel and scheduling field personnel.

Blake McEvers
Estimator
Blake is a Senior member of the Estimating Team, specializing in conceptual and design-build projects. He has held a Plumbing license with a Med Gas Certification since 1987 along with being an accomplished welder/fitter. Blake is an asset to the MPI Team as he coordinates complex projects and helps to support up-and-coming team members.
Jeff Dingler
Estimator
Jeff holds a B.A. in Communications from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Jeff began his Plumbing and Piping Trade experience in 1984 and Estimating/Project Management experience in 2013, Jeff has extensive knowledge and understanding of complex plumbing and piping projects such as educational, hospital, municipal, institutional, office buildings, hotels, and large retail developments. Jeff’s main role at MPI is in the Estimating department where he oversees large commercial projects. Utilizing a streamlined approach, he ensures profitability by effectively managing bids and setting up projects for success.
Daxton Mounger
BIM Coordinator/Estimator
Daxton, an estimator at MPI, holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Texas Baptist College and a Master of Arts in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been working in commercial construction since 2019. Initially starting off as a Draftsman and BIM Coordinator, he has now taken on the role of an estimator and bid coordinator. Daxton's primary responsibilities include estimating plumbing projects for MPI, keeping up with bid invites, estimating responsibilities, producing shop drawings, and BIM coordination.

Mickey Yarbrough
General Field Superintendent
With over twenty-four years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry, Mickey serves as a General Supervisor as well as a Safety Coordinator for MPI. Mickey holds a Journeyman Plumbing License, a Master Plumbing License, Master Medical Gas Endorsement, and is a certified Equipment trainer for Earthmoving, Aerial Work Platforms, & Forklifts.
Charlie Wallace
Warehouse Manager
With over ten years of experience in Warehouse Management, Charlie serves as the Mechanical Partners Warehouse Logistics Manager. Day to day tasks include acquiring and coordinating the delivery of materials for the Field Supervisors to utilize all around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Blake Mounger
Purchasing Manager
With fifteen of years of experience in Project Management, Blake currently assists in public, private, and design build projects. Blake holds a degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
Ashley Peck
BIM Manager
Ashley graduated with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of North Texas in 2013 and then started her career at an architectural firm. Ashley joined the MPI Team in 2017 in the drafting department as a BIM Coordinator and has since moved into the role of BIM Manager. Ashley leads her team in the review of contract drawings, problem identification/resolution, coordination with trade partners, and the creation of shop drawings. She constantly strives to integrate technology to efficiently assist the MPI Field Staff.
Christopher Wallace
Drafter
Chris was introduced to the construction industry in 2009 and began his career at MPI’s prefabrication department. Chris has both field and office knowledge expertise. Chris works as a Draftsman for the Drafting Department and Supervises the Pre-Fabrication Department for the MPI team.

Jon Stack
Senior Project Manager
With twenty-eight years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry, Jon assists in managing major projects for MPI. His persistence and leadership skills earned an ABC National Award of Excellence. He holds a degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.
Bob Van Horn
Project Manager
With over forty years in the Construction Industry, Bob is both experienced and knowledgeable in his respective trade. He currently serves as a Project Manager on the MPI team. Bob is also a Construction Site Safety Specialist and holds a Mid-Management Certificate from Brookhaven College, OSHA 40 Hour, and a Plumbing License.
Clint Ivy
Project Manager
With over twenty-three years of Mechanical experience, Clint assists the MPI team through Estimating, Project Management, and overseeing Mechanical Field Operations. He is a Journeyman Pipe Fitter as well as a Boiler Mechanic and holds a Welding Certificate for Carbon and Stainless-Steel Piping.
Todd Wilhelm
Project Manager
Beginning his Commercial Construction Experience in the Plumbing and Mechanical Industry in 1999, Todd is a Project Manager for the MPI Team in Plumbing and Mechanical Construction Projects. Todd holds a diploma from Quincy University and CEF College. He contributes to all aspects of a Commercial Construction Job with a positive attitude. Todd has a plethora of experience and holds a Master Plumbing License along with numerous Safety Classes, BIM Coordination, and Heavy Equipment Experience.

Cole is a Project Engineer at Mechanical Partners Inc., specializing in overseeing complex engineering projects from inception to completion. With a strong background in construction, Cole excels in project management, problem-solving, and ensuring timely delivery. Dedicated to innovation and efficiency, Cole drives projects that enhance operational success.

Ana De La Torre
Director of Human Resources
Starting her career in 2010, Ana began in Human Resources and Office Management. Ana oversees all aspects of employee relations for over 150 team members. Her hands-on approach and willingness to help everyone not only contribute to her own success but also inspire others to work as a team. Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and is fluent in both English and Spanish

Managing Director
Andrew is the Managing Director at Mechanical Partners Inc., leading strategic initiatives and driving growth. He began his management career in 2004, excelling in business development and operational excellence. Andrew is passionate about innovation and leadership, and he is committed to steering Mechanical Partners Inc. toward continued success.
Michelle Chalita
Safety Coordinator
Michelle has more than ten years of management experience and has been a member of the MPI team since 2018, taking on various roles. She was recently promoted to Safety Manager, responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of all employees. Michelle expresses gratitude towards every individual and encourages a welcoming, safe, and positive work environment. She believes team success depends on being surrounded by like-minded people and maintaining a positive attitude and morale.
Allison Yarbrough
AR/AP Coordinator
Allison Yarbrough has been working in customer service at Allison since 2016. She holds an associate degree in criminal justice and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas. She is expected to graduate in May 2024. At MPI, Allison works in the AP/AR department and assists with various tasks such as inputting invoices, cutting checks, making deposits, managing delinquent accounts, purchasing orders, and other daily administrative tasks.

David New
Electrical Construction Manager
David has an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas State Technical College in Waco, TX. He started his career in the Electrical Industry in 1990 and obtained his Journeyman License in 1994, followed by his Masters License in 2010. David is OSHA 30 Certified and has extensive experience in Commercial/Light Industrial, Multi-family Dwellings, Single Family Dwellings, Thermal Imaging, Surge Protection, and Emergency Power Solutions (Generators). With a hands-on approach, David leads the Electrical Construction Team while continuing to expand his knowledge in the electrical trade. He feels a deep sense of accomplishment with each project that he and his team complete.
John Persson
Electrical Construction Supervisor
John is responsible for supervising MPI’s field electrical operations. He has worked in the electrical industry since 1981 and has experience in the commercial, industrial, and medical sectors. John completed a four-year apprenticeship program with Associated Builders and Contractors in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has worked in more than 30 states and has extensive knowledge of the various rules and regulations in the ever-changing electrical industry.

Jason Ramage
Business Development Manager
Jason has been working at MPI since 2022. He started his career in 1994, gaining experience in sales and operations management. At MPI, he is responsible for estimating, project management, and business development. Jason is a part of the construction department and specializes in HVAC, working with plumbing and electrical systems.
